The hosting
While you run your bookings on Mahi Time.
Your Mahi Time booking system is billed separately, from NZ$109 a month. That is the calendar, the public booking page and the API. The AI Phone agent is an optional NZ$129 a month add-on, and when you add it your website also gets a real-time booking chat built in.
All prices NZD, exclusive of GST. The website build is for businesses that run their bookings on Mahi Time.

What is the difference between the $19.95 site and the $1,999 build?
The NZ$19.95 a month site is self-serve. We generate it from your Mahi Time profile, with a booking page and a contact page, and you set your own logo and colours from your dashboard. The NZ$1,999 build is a custom five page website we design, write and build around your brand. Both use the same live booking page.
Do I have to be a Mahi Time customer?
Yes. Both options are built around your Mahi Time booking system, so you run your bookings on Mahi Time. The self-serve site is NZ$19.95 a month on your plan; the custom build is hosted for NZ$49 a month.
Is the AI booking chat included?
No. The build includes your booking system, fully integrated. Add the AI Phone agent, an optional NZ$129 a month add-on, and your website also gains a real-time booking chat, so visitors can book without picking up the phone.
How long does it take?
About three weeks from the discovery call. The main variable is how quickly your content and photos come back to us.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Bring an existing domain or we will help you register a new one. You keep ownership either way.
What about photos and words?
We help with the copy for every page and can guide your photography. Good photos of your space and team make the biggest difference to bookings.
Can I update it myself later?
Small content and price changes are included in hosting, just send them through. A larger redesign is quoted separately.
What if I already have a website?
We replace it. You keep your domain, your email and your search history, and the new site goes live with no gap in between.
